National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS)
NABERS provides property owners, occupants, investors and other stakeholders with an assessment of the environmental impact of a building.
Key impact areas include:
- Water usage
- Waste
- Indoor environment
With the introduction of the Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC) the need to provide NABERS energy rating for building owners who are selling or leasing buildings over 2,000sqm will become mandatory from November 2011.
Ark Resources personnel are accredited in the NABERS rating system whilst also having the background and experienced to provide advice and solutions on how to ensure a building meets NABERS and BEEC requirements.
